Spending New Year's Eve at this hotel was an amazing experience. The beautiful and well-maintained gardens, along with the charming tennis court, made it a memorable stay. The petting zoo was a delightful bonus, and we enjoyed spending time with the animals. the hotel is located in a prime spot nestled in the mountains, offering stunning views and the perfect opportunity to explore nature.

The wifi connection was poor, making it difficult to share photos and videos on social media during our stay. the bathroom was not in the best condition, with a leaking tap and outdated hairdryer.

Absolutely incredible place, jungle-like vegetation, excellent restaurant, great pool and gym facilities, beautiful garden.

What an amazing experience! the location was just perfect, surrounded by lush greenery and offering breathtaking views. the facilities were top-notch and very well maintained. My favorite part was the exquisite restaurant with delicious food and drink options. the pool area was a great place to relax and unwind.

The Wi-Fi connection was a bit weak and difficult to rely on if you need to stay connected and productive. the sludge in the tennis court was a bit of a letdown.

The hotel's surrounding location was fascinating, as it was nestled peacefully in the mountains and had beautiful gardens. the near highway was also convenient for access. the rooms were well-equipped and the gym/pool were useful amenities.

The level of cleanliness in the hotel was questionable, with leaking taps and outdated hairdryers in the bathroom.
